Este sitio web es operado por Coffee Little Bird, marca registrada Little Bird, con sede en San Rafael de Escazú, Costa Rica.
En todo el sitio, los términos “nosotros”, “nos” y “nuestro” se refieren a Coffee Little Bird.

Al visitar nuestro sitio web y/o comprar alguno de nuestros productos, usted acepta quedar sujeto a los presentes Términos de Servicio, incluyendo las políticas adicionales mencionadas en este documento.

2. Uso del Sitio Web

Al utilizar este sitio web usted declara que:

  • Tiene al menos la mayoría de edad en su jurisdicción o cuenta con autorización de un tutor legal.

  • No utilizará nuestros productos o servicios para ningún propósito ilegal.

  • No transmitirá virus, malware o cualquier código de naturaleza destructiva.

3. Productos y Servicios

Coffee Little Bird ofrece productos relacionados con café de especialidad, incluyendo:

  • Café en grano y café molido

  • Métodos artesanales de preparación de café

  • Accesorios para café (cucharas, posavasos, filtros, entre otros)

  • Artesanías relacionadas con el café

  • Ropa y artículos promocionales de la marca (camisetas, gorras)

Nos esforzamos por mostrar los productos con la mayor precisión posible; sin embargo, no garantizamos que los colores o características visuales se muestren exactamente igual en todos los dispositivos.

4. Precios y Disponibilidad

Todos los precios están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o descontinuar productos en cualquier momento.

Coffee Little Bird también se reserva el derecho de limitar la venta de productos a cualquier persona o región geográfica.

5. Pedidos y Pagos

Aceptamos los siguientes métodos de pago:

  • Tarjetas de crédito y débito

  • Transferencias bancarias

  • SINPE Móvil

Al realizar una compra, el cliente se compromete a proporcionar información completa y veraz.

Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar pedidos si detectamos fraude, actividad sospechosa o información incorrecta.

6. Envíos y Entregas

Las ventas realizadas a través del sitio web están disponibles únicamente dentro del territorio de Costa Rica.

Las entregas se realizan dentro del Gran Área Metropolitana (GAM) mediante:

  • Correos de Costa Rica

  • Transportistas privados

También ofrecemos retiro en nuestras oficinas en San Rafael de Escazú previa coordinación con nuestro servicio al cliente.

Las compras realizadas fuera del GAM podrán ser coordinadas directamente con el cliente mediante redes sociales o contacto directo.

7. Política de Cambios y Devoluciones

Las condiciones de cambios, devoluciones y reembolsos están establecidas en nuestra Política de Envíos, Devoluciones y Reembolsos, la cual forma parte integral de estos Términos de Servicio.

8. Propiedad Intelectual

La marca Little Bird, así como el contenido del sitio web incluyendo logotipos, fotografías, textos, diseños y material gráfico, son propiedad de Coffee Little Bird y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.

Queda prohibida su reproducción o uso sin autorización previa.

Coffee Little Bird no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de nuestros productos o del sitio web.

This website is operated by Coffee Little Bird, owner of the registered brand Little Bird, based in San Rafael de Escazú, Costa Rica.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Coffee Little Bird.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced herein.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that product colors or visual details will appear exactly the same on all devices.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Coffee Little Bird also reserves the right to limit sales of products to any person or geographic region.

5. Orders and Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfers

  • SINPE Móvil

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud, suspicious activity, or incorrect information is detected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Online sales are currently available only within Costa Rica.

Deliveries are made within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM) through:

  • Correos de Costa Rica

  • Private delivery carriers

Customers may also pick up their orders at our offices in San Rafael de Escazú by coordinating with our customer service team.

Orders outside the GAM may be arranged directly with the customer through social media or direct communication.

7. Returns and Refund Policy

Conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds are detailed in our Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Little Bird brand, as well as all content on this website including logos, images, text, and designs, are the property of Coffee Little Bird and are protected by intellectual property laws.
